NC CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom

Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanrooms are designed to operate at >30 AC/H (air changes per hour), which comfortably satisfies the requirements ISO 14644-1:2015; ISO Class 7 'As Built', whilst providing a positive pressure displacement.

Achievable Air Change Rates:

• 4m x 3m (HW431): 30-50 AC/H
• 5m x 3m (HW531): 30-80 AC/H
• 6m x 3m (HW631): 30-65 AC/H

The cleanliness classification achieved is an ISO classified clean environment is primarily a variable function of air change rate, filtration efficiency, process contamination rate, personnel contamination rate.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom is available in three standard sizes with a 2.1m internal ceiling height:

• 4m x 3m (HW431)
• 5m x 3m (HW531)
• 6m x 3m (HW631)

The above dimensions include a 1m x 3m Lobby area.

Overall ceiling height 2.85m Overall

We recommend an additional clearance of >150mm for pre-filter maintenance.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom structure is formed from a free-standing (floor fixed), self-supporting, powder coated steel frame.

The perimeter hardwall panels are formed from clear PETG sheet, fixed to the steel frame and retained with external vertical cover trims. Personnel and materials access is provided by a hinged single door into the Lobby area. A full width strip vinyl curtain segregates the Lobby and Cleanroom area.

Where the existing floor finish is not adequate, the Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom can be supplied with a supplementary vinyl tile Cleanroom floor finish - see Optional Extras.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom ceiling is formed from laminated foam panels that are fixed to the steelwork frame ceiling cross members with pressure sensitive double sided tape.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom will be configured with ceiling mounted, single pass, fan filter module(s) to provide a non-unidirectional, downflow, clean environment with positive differential pressure.

The fan filter module(s) will draw in ambient air from the space above the Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom and supply it into the Cleanroom.

Air will bleed out at low-level through protected transfer apertures in the perimeter walls and out through the aperture, passing below the dividing strip vinyl curtain to the Lobby.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.0 Hardwall Cleanroom will require single phase electrical supplies for:

• Fan filter module circuit
• Lighting circuit
