RPC provide a practical and convenient means to monitor airborne particulate cleanliness levels at process critical points within Cleanrooms and clean air devices.
RPC can be stand-alone self-contained units with an internal pump programmed to run at user specified intervals, measuring for particulate size of concern, storing data internally for later download by ethernet, wireless or USB connection, or connected to a management system via Modbus or RS485.
Alternatively, RPC can be integrated into the process management system at fixed points of concern and run continuously 24/7 via external house vacuum connection to maintain the detection airflow, transferring data directly to a BMS (building management system) or CMS (Cleanroom Monitoring System) by Modbus or R485.
Remote particle counters can be provided with or without; user interface display, internal pump, onboard memory and pulse height analyser.
