The 2000 Series RPC is a process integrated particle detection unit (without pulse height analyser) with either, a 0.1 cfm internal sample pump or 1.0 cfm external vacuum source to maintain the sample airflow, transferring data directly to a BMS (building management system) or CMS (Cleanroom Monitoring System) by Modbus or RS485.
