Nano Clean Clean-Cell™ Cleanrooms are designed to satisfy the cleanliness requirements of ISO 14644-1:2015 - Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments Table 1:
ISO 14644-1:2015 defines Cleanroom occupancy states as:
- As Built - where cleanliness is an integrated function of: Air Change Rate | Filtration Efficiency
- At Rest - where cleanliness is an integrated function of: Air Change Rate | Filtration efficiency | Process Contamination Rate
- Operational - where cleanliness is an integrated function of: Air Change Rate | Filtration Efficiency | Process Contamination Rate | Personnel Contamination Rate
Air change rate is a function of Cleanroom volume and the supply air volume. As the Cleanroom volume is fixed, higher air change rates
