Where the existing floor finish is not adequate for your new Cleanroom, the Nano Clean CleanCell 1.x Vinyl Floor Kit can provide a loose lay supplementary Cleanroom vinyl tile floor, without the use of adhesive or cutting.

NC CleanCell 1.x - Vinyl Floor Kits (ESD)

Nano Clean CleanCell 1.x ESD Vinyl Floor Kits create a loose-lay ESD vinyl floor (with earth bond) using interlocking tiles and conductive ground tape, without adhesive and without cutting. The kits include:

ESD interlocking vinyl floor tiles (497mm x 497mm x 7mm)
Yellow PVC interlocking perimeter ramp (500m x 90mm x 7m diminishing)
An ESD tile with ground stud
A ground cord with 1 meg-ohm resistor
An earth bonding plug to connect with a standard UK 3 pin socket
50m conductive ground tape
A yellow/black ESD protected area pictotile for the entry area

The Nano Clean CleanCell 1.x ESD Vinyl Flooring Kit is supplied as a palletised flatpack kit with an optional professional site installation, service if required.
