NC CleanCell 2.1/341 Hardwall Cleanroom

Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanrooms are designed to operate at >30 AC/H (air changes per hour), which comfortably satisfies the requirements ISO 14644-1:2015; ISO Class 7 'As Built', whilst providing a positive pressure displacement.

Achievable Air Change Rates:

• 4m x 3m (CC-2.1-341): 30-50 AC/H
• 5m x 3m (CC-2.1-351): 30-80 AC/H
• 6m x 3m (CC-2.1-361): 30-65 AC/H

The cleanliness classification achieved is an ISO classified clean environment is primarily a variable function of air change rate, filtration efficiency, process contamination rate, personnel contamination rate.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom is available in three standard sizes with a 2.1m internal ceiling height:

• 4m x 3m (CC-2.1-341)
• 5m x 3m (CC-2.1-351)
• 6m x 3m (CC-2.1-361)

The above dimensions include a 1m x 3m Lobby area.

Minimum Height Clearance: 150mm

We recommend a minimum parent space clear headroom of 2.6m to allow for pre-filter maintenance.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom structure is formed from a free-standing (floor fixed), self-supporting, powder coated steel frame.

The perimeter hardwallelevations are formed from full-height clear PETG panels, which are fixed to the steel frame and retained with external vertical cover trims. Personnel access is provided by a hinged single door into the Lobby area. A full width strip vinyl curtain segregates the Lobby and Cleanroom area.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom ceiling is formed from laminated foam panels that are fixed to the steelwork frame ceiling cross members with pressure sensitive double sided tape.

Where the existing floor finish is adequate, no additional flooring is required. Where the existing floor finish is not adequate, the Nano Clean CleanCell 2.x Hardwall Cleanroom can be supplied with a supplementary CleanCell 2.x Vinyl Floor Kit at additional cost.

• CleanCell 2.x Standard Vinyl Floor Kits comprises loose-lay interlocking vinyl tiles with a perimeter trim ramp, which can be laid over most existing sub-floor finishes with minimal preparation (no adhesive or cutting required).
• CleanCell 2.x ESD Vinyl Floor Kits comprises loose-lay interlocking ESD vinyl tiles with a perimeter trim and copper foil for earthing, which can be laid over most existing sub-floor finishes with minimal preparation (no adhesive or cutting required).

To improve operational efficiency where material and product transfer is a requirement, we can offer the optional Nano Clean CleanCell 2.x Transfer Hatch at additional cost. The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.x Transfer Hatch provides an ingress/egress point via mechanically interlocked doors.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom will be configured with ceiling mounted, single pass, fan filter module(s) to provide a non-unidirectional, downflow, clean environment with positive differential pressure.

The fan filter module(s) will draw in ambient air from the space above the Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom and supply it into the Clean Zone.

Air will bleed out at low-level through protected transfer apertures in the three perimeter walls of the clean zone and into the lobby through the aperture below the dividing strip vinyl curtain.

The HEPA filter differential pressure will be displayed on an indicator gauge.

Where comfort temperature control is required we have the optional CleanCell 2.x Cooling and Dehumidification Package.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom electrical services will comprise:

• High level containment trunking system
• LED downlighters
• Fan filter module speed controller

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom will require single phase electrical supplies for:

• Fan filter module circuit
• Lighting circuit

Where electrical socket outlets or RJ45 LAN points are required we have optional CleanCell 2.x Dado Trunking Kits at additional cost.

The Nano Clean CleanCell 2.1 Hardwall Cleanroom is supplied FCA Daventry, UK on an oversized palletised as a flatpack kit. Export crating is available at an additional cost.
